Abby and Gavin are married; it was the most perfect and fun way to end a year. Not to mention, the date was 12.31.23! A date they will never forget, not only for the date but for the magical day it was!
Abby and Gavin’s day was so full of energy and excitement! Their day began at Countryside Weddings & Events, where the bride prepared for the big day. The groom prepared for the day at Abby’s grandparents’ house in Otley, Iowa, where we met up for some fantastic first looks and couples’ photos!
We then returned to the Countryside Wedding & Events venue for the ceremony. Abby was absolutely stunning as she walked down the aisle in a gorgeous Oleg Cassini wedding gown from David’s Bridal, carrying a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Thistles Flower Market. Gavin wore the perfect navy suit from Brooks Brothers, with a bow tie, cinnamon in color, and boutonniere also from Thistles Flower Market. The groom’s attire went perfectly with the bridal party’s floor-length gowns, cinnamon in color, from David’s Bridal. The guys wore navy suit pants, white shirts, cinnamon-colored suspenders, and bowties.
Abby and Gavin’s love for each other couldn’t have been more apparent to everyone throughout the day. Their day ended with a fabulous reception featuring Abby’s cousin Dylan Kooiman managing the music. One of the best receptions ever! Dylan played the best music and kept the guests dancing all night long!
I couldn’t have asked for a better way to ring in the New Year, and I am so happy Abby and Gavin included me in their big day!
The story ends here for you, but for Abby and Gavin, it keeps on going forever, and the best chapters are yet to come! Congratulations to this perfect pair. I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness as you begin your future together!
