Love triumphs over stormy weather!
Every couple has that concern: what if there is bad wether on my wedding day? For Brooke and Kevin, that was a reality. All day Brooke and Kevin knew rain was in the forecast. Brooke, Kevin, and their family watched diligently out the windows pondering on if they should move the ceremony inside. However, the weather was on Brooke and Kevin’s side during their ceremony, providing them with beautiful calm weather for a gorgeous outside ceremony at Bridge View Center in Ottumwa, Iowa. Thereafter, the weather worsened, and the rain began. Shortly after rushing into the venue, loud sirens were heard. Guests rushed to the safe area while the venue director closed and locked each door. Brooke and Kevin will forever have a great story to share about their wedding day. Despite the rain, tornado sirens, and all, Brooke and Kevin had a beautiful day. The storm only lasted a few minutes at best and gave them a beautiful rainbow to bless their marriage.
Brooke walked down the aisle in a gorgeous gown purchased from Stacey’s Bridal, while her maid of honor and bridesmaids were dressed in dusty rose colored dresses, each carrying beautiful bouquets in colors of various pinks, blush, and cream wildflowers. Kevin was dapper in a black and navy suit jacket by J Ferar and navy tie, while his groomsmen donned white shirts with navy blue ties.
Brooke and Kevin entertained their guests with a tastefully prepared meal by Bridge View Center: Chef Daniel, music, dancing, and plenty of cake and goodies.
